Yes. Elan Sandrock Place is conveniently located near several colleges and universities, including San Diego State University, the University of San Diego, National University and Alliant International University. The community's central location also makes commuting to additional colleges and universities throughout San Diego County convenient.

​Elan Sandrock Place allows up to 2 pets per unit; we accept cats and dogs with an extra deposit and monthly pet rent.

​We do have a weight limit of 40 lbs. per pet. Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard's, Great Danes, Akitas, Mastiffs, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.

​Yes. Elan Sandrock Place is located in a pet-friendly area of San Diego with convenient access to several parks and outdoor destinations. Nearby options include Civita Park, Mission Trails Regional Park, and Nate's Point Dog Park in Balboa Park. Residents are also within a short drive of some of San Diego's most popular beaches, including Mission Beach, Ocean Beach Dog Beach, and Coronado Central Beach.

Dog: There is a $500 deposit per dog, along with a $50 monthly pet fee.
